Prices are for weddings/receptions up to 200 guests. There is an additional fee for larger weddings and for split locations (wedding and reception in different locations) to hire an assistant to guarantee the best service. Travel outside the Huntsville/Madison area will be calculated Initial consultation is free! Call for an appointment to discuss your vision for your day.
Fee includes four to five planning consultations, creating a timeline, helping with venue layout, contacting all wedding vendors to confirm, coordinating and directing the wedding rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, I and (depending on the size/location of the event) an assistant, will meet and direct all vendors, coordinate and assist with setup and decorating, assist guests and wedding party as needed, direct processionals, cue wedding party to essential components of reception, take care of all the little details and problems that arise so the Bride, Groom, and family can just enjoy their day.
Since all weddings are so different, rates for full planning services or destination weddings can be estimated after the initial free consultation.
Decorating and setup help outside of wedding day is available with hourly rates.
