Day of the Event Wedding Coordinating Services:
- Initial meeting includes vendor suggestions and discussion of ideas for the wedding and reception
- Meet with Bride three to five times that last month before wedding for consultations
- Have unlimited phone and email conversations
- Meet with Bride on week of wedding to go over last minute plans and visions
- Create wedding and reception timelines and help with reception layout design
- Attend and direct wedding rehearsal
- On wedding day, meet and direct all vendors - caterers, florist, DJ/band, bakery personnel, etc.
- Coordinate and assist with setup and decorating
- Direct processionals
- Assist guests and wedding party as needed
- Help coordinate movement of items from wedding to reception
- Cue wedding party to essential components of reception - entrance, cake cutting, food service, speeches, first dances
- Organize and cue send off
- Stay and make sure everything is retrieved and sent with family and venue is clean
We take care of all the little details of the day so the Bride, Groom, and family can just enjoy their day.
